Application range:
●Beverage hose, especially suitable for transporting various beverages and alcoholic beverages, as well as other liquid beverages, such as beer, juice and drinking water.
●Widely used in breweries, wineries and beverage factories
●Suitable for inhalation and delivery applications.
Salient features:
The completely odorless and tasteless inner tube ensures a greater degree of impermeability and will not cause contact pollution to the conveyed product.
The surface of the rubber hose is resistant to common detergents and has good resistance to atmospheric erosion and high aging resistance.
Hose structure:
Inner tube: food-grade rubber (90TR), white, odorless, tasteless, smooth, mirror smooth, in line with FDA standards, and passed the Italian D.M.21/03/73 food-grade certification.
Strengthened layer structure:
●High strength multilayer synthetic fiber
●Implanted spiral metal steel wire
surface layer:
●Synthetic rubber, orange, abrasion resistance, atmospheric corrosion resistance, aging resistance, smooth, cloth-like surface
Operating temperature range:
●-40℃ to +120℃, can be steam sterilized at 130℃ within 30 minutes.
Safety factor:
●≥3 times working pressure
